During the press conference, Teresita was warmly welcomed by Arnold Vegafria, National Director of Reina Hispanoamericana in the Philippines.
“Teresita Ssen’s win is a historic feat in the world of pageantry. Aside from being the country’s first representative in Reina Hispanoamericana, she is the first Asian to joined and won on the said prestigious pageant,” said Vegafria during his opening speech.
“We are very proud and happy with Teresita’s crowning achievement. Even before the pageant started, she had already been tagged as the strong candidate because of her winning charm and exception talent. Congratulation and we are proud of you,” Vegafria added.
With her return in the Philippines, Teresita plans to promote the Hispanic culture in the country.
